All items are packaged in a soft satin bag for storing your lingerie.
RETURNS
For hygiene and health reasons there is a no-return policy on intimates.
We want you to be thrilled with every purchase you make from Kudos and to that end we have detailed sizing charts and adjustable fits.
Exchanges (if applicable).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We have stringent quality controls in place - we hand check every garment that leaves our store.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email, subject line: "Errors or Damaged Merchandise"
